On December 3rd, at the Regional Forum for Smart and Sustainable Cities, the Bajío region took a firm step toward a shared vision of development.
Authorities from Celaya, Villagrán, Salvatierra, and Apaseo el Grande participated, and the conversation was direct: our cities need coordination, clear public policies, and decisions that sustain the regional direction.
The topics addressed were decisive and results-oriented:
The consensus was clear: the municipalities agreed to move forward together under a regional vision. The signing of the agreement reflects this collective understanding and opens a path for work that transcends administrations.
From RICI, we thank every municipal government, academic institution, company, and organization that participated. The region has shown it has the will, capacity, and clarity.
The signing was a beginning. Governance will be the path. And progress will depend on what we build together. 🌱
